Over 450 Movies to Be Screened at Intl Sabz Film Festival

TEHRAN Over some 450 Iranian and foreign movies are to be screened at the International Sabz (green) Film Festival in Tehran, secretariat of the festival announced on Tuesday. The six-day film festival is to start from February 28 up to March 5 in which 23 animation films, 318 documentary and feature movies, 14 video clips along with 12 feature movies are to be shown for the public.
According to the report, the number of movies which have been sent to the festival has set a record compared to similar festivals held around the globe. The films from Iran, France, Sweden, the Netherlands, China, Japan, Switzerland, America, Greece, Britain, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Germany, Australia, Canada, India, Korea, Turkmenistan, Hong Kong, Lebanon and Tajikistan are to be screened during the festival.
In addition to the above movies some 25 other movies from UNESCO and Iran are to be shown in English.
